Fernhill Holly Farms is a 60 year old family business that specializes in Christmas Greens.  Our programs offer a variety of the best selling products in the industry.  All our products are "PRE-DIPPED" for extended shelf life and are hand tied by skilled craftsman.  The Christmas Season allows fundraisers the absolute best potential for POWERFUL PROFITS.   Follow the simple steps below and you will be on your way to the most successful fundraiser yet.

STEP 1
CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM....Unlike other Fundraisers, Fernhill provides additional flexibility by offering three different programs each of which highlights one of our very popular COLLECTIONS.  The individual programs have the same core items; 24" Mixed Noble Fir Wreaths, 16" Hanging Baskets, 30" Deluxe Door Charms, 24" Mixed Evergreen Swag and 15' Mixed Garlands.  These products are extremely popular and will provide the foundation for your efforts.  These products also offer various price ranges so that everyone can participate.  In addition, each program features a Collection which includes a 24" Luxury Wreath, an elegant Centerpiece and beautiful Mantelpiece.  The products within the collection all include similar decorations.  Today, more and more people are decorating on a coordinated basis.  These upgraded products will be perfect for the person who is looking for a little more than the standard products.  (See the options at the bottom of this page)

STEP 3
PRICING...Once we have received your information, we will review the parameters (location, size and goals) of your fundraising group and get pricing to you. Our price list provides not only the delivered costs of the products, it also serves as a POWERFUL TOOL which will allow you to set your "SELLING PRICE" and to make projections of how many items must be sold in order for you to meet you goals.

STEP 4
SIGN UP....
Once  you have decided to "FUNDRAISE WITH POWER" and have made decisions regarding what your selling prices will be, Fernhill can make available a file from which you can print your selling brochures.  (SEE SAMPLE BROCHURES)  We will include the name of your group on the front cover, all the photos of the products on the inside sheet and a complete order form on the back page. If you prefer that we print the brochures, we can do so at a cost of $2.00 per brochure.

STEP 5
SET YOUR DATES....
These include a sales kick off date, an ending date, and a distribution date of the purchased items. Your product will be shipped 4-7 days prior to your distribution date depending upon what part of the country you reside.

STEP 6
COLLECT ALL YOUR FORMS AND PAYMENTS....
Final orders are due to Fernhill by November 1st. Final payment is due one week prior to shipping.
